At Myjiji Events, we strive to provide the best experience for our users. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for obtaining a refund for tickets purchased through our platform.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:
• The organizer cancels the event.
• The event is rescheduled to a date you cannot attend.
• The event is significantly changed (e.g., venue change, major lineup change).
• The event is postponed without a new date being announced within 30 days of the original event date.
• Tickets were purchased in error, and the request is made within 12 hours of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:
• Change of mind or personal reasons not related to the event changes mentioned above.
• Tickets purchased from unauthorized third-party vendors.
• Partial attendance or no-shows.
• Myjiji has the full right to reject a refund request.
• Myjiji fees are not refundable.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer support team at in@mijinitech.com within 7 days of the event date or within 7 days of the event cancellation/reschedule notice.
2. Provide your order number, the event name, and a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.
3. Our support team will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 5-7 business days.
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Event Cancellation by Myjiji Events
In the unlikely event that Myjiji Events cancels an event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.
We will notify you via email with detailed instructions on how to proceed with your refund.
Myjiji fees are not refundable.
